Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring that smoke bombs, cannons, or powder kits are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
